Fabulous staff & absolutely perfect location. Breakfast was tasty and had lots of food. Really enjoyed the family queen room we had. The staff created a family atmosphere.

The hotel itself was pet-friendly and fairly clean with perfect location and staff. Cosy bedroom and spacious bathroom. The bright decor and a lovely bed made such a good stay.

Drop Farm Tea Rooms, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. If you wish to visit levens hall, this place is perfect. Perfect for city trip

Very close to oxenholme lake district train station, something around 10 minutes on foot. Location next to sizergh castle. We enjoyed glen guest house.
